I don't recall Hillary using an AL Capone defense during the three decade plus targeting of her. What would Dershowitz, Levin and Loesch say to that? Maybe, something like, 'Hang on, we're talking about targeting by law enforcement, not targeting by us.' Which would be as "crazy" as them using it as a defense for Trump. And Trump himself.

It'a easily understandable that Trump should say it as comparison with bully-boy tough guys is his thing. But for the others to join him in that defense there is only one word - CRAZY
