Fraud claims held up. Punitive damages can be 7 times actual damages on fraud claims. I actually think Fast Eddie should hire Signature’s lawyer. He might have lost today but his filings are brilliant. Signature lawyer has 40 years experience and loses to pro per. How do ya figure?
