Thanks for confirming the closing of the Visolis Transaction, the first step in the "transactions contemplated."

There are multiple references to a two-step transaction in the documents.

It's been 105 days since the 10/22/18 closing of the Visolis Transaction, yet Bioamber Sarnia Inc. remains the registered owner of the land.

Closed means title has been transferred. Anything less would be "pending."

Visolis/LCY have no need to change the registered owner of the land because they're purchasing Bioamber Inc. and/or subsidiaries.
Why else would they purchase the logos and trademarks?
