They will not surprise us at all with being "THE TELL"or saying billions came or are about to come.And even if there came something then I and a lot of other WMIH longs will sue the WMIH managers for selling us out way too cheap to KKR and NSM.

It really does not matter as the CIC happened 12/31/2018.....The LTI can announce on 2/22/2019 that a special distribution will occur with Piers and let the gates open....Being that the LTI did not have enough money because of Investment of cash is a bunch of crap and is not for them to do...Cash earned should stay available for claims........Another delay tactic and people who want to write letters asking why should do so......

Question is: Did they take the cash and not put it back......

Wow wow wow! Where do you pull this out from? For one thing, COOP has nothing to do with WAMU. Secondly after CIC, it is very very bad news because the NOL will go away. I heard it from a very knowledgeable person.
