This is my vote until Someone can tell me this is the most thought out Ponzi scheme I ever heard of !! I'm still following the clues I'm 100 percent sure these deals will happen. Biz right sky , budlife , Nasdaq I also believe budlife is the reason for all these deals . Everyone (bizright and sky ) may have a opportunity To get some share of plantation Corp at a public offering . And if budlife is waiting to go public then we are in wait mode For Sgmd to recognize bizright rev . We lost days for budlife (plantation) to go public Bc the sec was on shutdown . Public offering are now delayed . Besides a reverse merger no ones has challenged my theories On how Sgmd losing 2 -4 million $ a year is able to buyout bizright and sky . Reverse merger can make sense but they are involving with to many companies . This would make no sense Bc to much management from to many companies . There would be a power struggle between management . And the share price is to high anyway .
