Nearly, I'm not implying anything. If you want to discuss the merits of management pay / bonus, go ahead - it's certainly relevant. I'm more concerned about management focusing on major revenue generation down the road once the facility is built. That's the ONLY reason that they have for giving themselves such large salaries / bonuses / stock options relative to (negligible) revenue.
Personally, I would have preferred to have the facility built before mgt went to the trough, but their actions seem to me to be an indicator that they are very confident that the company will produce revenues that will support their salary / bonus structure. But that's my take on the matter. Others will look at it and see greed / incompetence. Time will tell.
Bottom line, if mgt rewards themselves with hefty salary / bonuses / stock, they had better deliver in a reasonable timeframe. We'll see by 1st qtr '07 how things are shaping up.
