Thanx for info, agree one needs to be able to short else miss many moves. System seems good at the moment, but as I've mentioned to a few here, its only closed trades that count. Cape Cod RE is tanking hard. Nice homes in Sandwich under 300K now.
Re shorting via tc. If history serves, then shorting will be good for a few years then start to fade as the tc sysytem becomes out of date again. Shorting was great when tc started but then returns dwindled and in recent years shorting could really hurt you. Just a note of caution. Maybe it won't happen this time.
