Yea Team we are about to see the benefits of all your efforts and thank you both and Ron. The merger tomorrow of Pacific union tomorrow with Coop is a key movement. They will need the movement of capital to pull it off IMO

as I said before "I think the key is the calculator prepared by Sussman and Godfrey using a lump sum to calculate a negotiated settlement.

It does not matter how much was in safe Harbor or any other calculation, I believe they came to a negotiated settlement 12- 60 bil????

All other negotiation or theft is unknown for now.

Any attempt to disrupt the process at this point is irrelevant and counter productive to our interest IMO. I admire those that believe we still have control but be be sensitive to not disrupt the process. We have lost control over this a long time ago and I do not believe that the major players will deviate from legally what is "fair and Reasonable" at their peril."
