This costly "war on terror" in Iraq is eating up resources that would be better used here at home. Port security and boarder patrol are areas in desperate need of resources. "No Child Left Behind" remains an unfunded federal mandate.

What's worse, is the knowledge at that money and resources could have been put toward finding and eliminating OBL.
