Thanks Ron, AZ et al. Still on track.

Feb 5, and going into March still look fine to me. The bop letter is about frustration, and I get that. We are all worn down, but must stay positive and focused. They want us to throw in the towel but we must hang tough.

The great thing about ItsMyOption's letter etc. shows them we aren't going away, and the sleeping giant has awoken and is ready for battle. Because we signed releases doesn't mean these parties cannot be sued if they lie cheat and steal. RICO is still very much in play. They'd better be careful. We are not going away quietly as they and their boiler room buddies had hoped. I'm sure the lawyers involved would like nothing better than to drag this on for years and keep their gravy train going, so they may be antagonizing this case. But they better be careful because we are rising up...and if the hedgies think they can circumvent the system and screw retail, they too have another thing coming. We are not lazy, stupid people. We will tear them all a new one. That's a promise if we get screwed. Trust me.

Ron, if you can help provide in letter form more proof and documents re below: I will submit letter requesting review and clawback with the UST and court. I am currently requesting from our Estate managers access to their last 2 quarter billing showing amounts paid per hour and hours billed.

I caught Rosen bill padding in the past and reported him I believe he is doing it again, but have no documents to prove it. If you have any documents that could help please post them or I will give email through AZ.
