Might be worth a call back to IR. I'm way too sick today this flu is kicking my ass. We do know that FRLF has been squeaky clean on filings - so either an 8k was not required or there is still something not signed-off on it to be able to file it. I've seen 8ks delayed up to 6 months in some cases.
