Bop, has always been a promoter of the WMI-LT’s “Trustee”, ? ... to be in total control of all things’, WaMu’, ... I disagree’ and have disagreed for years ... the Tranche 5’, WMB Class 17’s Are a great example ... the WMI-LT’s “Trustee” has zip to do with the control of the original WMB Euro Notes ... Class 17’
... That exact same logic, also holds true for all of the Class Segregated Performing Trusts, ... beginning with the DS and Plan 7 referenced, ... “Washington Mutual Capital Trust 2001” ...
