You mention "our management", so I assume this validates that you are invested. In my investments, my first rule is DD before pulling any triggers. I think you have this covered, because you know a lot of background about CANB and its management. My second rule is if I find holes or identify a lot of questionable items about the company, I don't invest and move on to something else. If I discover concerns after I invest, then I quickly bail and move on even if I have to cut losses. I respect those that have alternative viewpoints such as yours, so my question is what is your motivation to stay invested in CANB? I hope there is something positive that you see....
