That's not the private placement where he was talking about in the PR. You can get those much cheaper. Current problem is they spend all the money for the acquistions. Company needs $50.000 for filings. The private placement is for that purpose. Once filings are done, they can get this puppy rolling. I was thinking about it, but I can't (it's a bit complicated, but I'm living in the Netherlands and it has big tax-consequences if I would participate in a private placement. Would cost me tens of thousands of dollars)
