Wrong. A court order until it is repealed, has higher precedence than any law because it is merely an interpretation of the Constitution and any law. That's why we have judge and congress whose job is to interpret the law. Otherwise, we can have robot to make court decision. And we don't need lawyer to defend us because robot always makes the right decision.
And above this, a court gave an interpretation of the law and we signed to accept it. Until you repeal it that you signed under duress for instance, then it is done. Has anyone repealed POR 7 and the release in the last 7 years?
