It has been a long road, and there have been many actions that major players have done behind the scenes. So it’s difficult to determine their true intentions...
BUT...it’s evident that the important insiders believe that there is value to WMI Escrow Markers!
Bonderman et.al. has been an insider since 1996 when a WMI acquired American Savings. IMO...he knows exactly how this was going to play out (not to mention that David Bonderman is a bankruptcy lawyer too)!
