It is his money... he loaned it to the company!

Had he not loaned the company money to acquire the Chicago Charging Network, and to legally defend it, where would the company be now?

The dilution here has been very minimal compared to any other pink that I follow!

My point is that he's perfectly welcome to buy a home with the money he was entitled to receive as repayment for his initial loan.

I've been on record multiple times stating that I completely disagree with getting the loan from Arruti. We also have 0 visibility about the timing of when funds were received vs when they were spent.

I was simply clarifying that distinction.
