zeus_0100, I do disagree and would like to know who your Professionals are?

That matches what my Professionals told me also. Nothing much at all will be coming to the escrows.

I do believe after receivership is close and all Trusts have been liquidated there will be a rather large distribution BUT NOT THROUGH THE WMILT.

They have done a great job covering this up but there will be a very nice distribution going through the DTC and other distribution channels. Yes COOP holders will also get rewarded but they may not be the "TELL"

We are all riding the coattails of the Hedge funds that wrote much of the POR got caught with colorful acts and made their jump to Equity securities.
What they will get we will get$$$

My only concerns are the powers that Mr. Kosturos has and the many 363 sale of assets he could have dished out to his buddies that where not at book value and would have breached his Fiduciary duties. He know there are many keeping a watchful eye on him and the final outcome.

I am not sure but believe all 363 sales needs to get report at some time and we need to watch for that. Mr. Kosturous like many other Trust manager - I do not trust them!

Professionals of what? They know nothing unless they are directly involved ,Period.
