Now that's a reasonable statement from the company. Note that they have yet to complete their surveying or mining plan.
Anyone who understands how operating a real mine works knows that it costs big bucks and takes years to bring a mine to full production.
Now if they are only permitted to disturb up to 1000 tons of material at a time, which is what I suspect is the case, then, they might be able to start in that small way.. which is essentially not much removed from hobby mining.
