These are additional Debts that company is able to get from some one, who feels our bunch of crooks are credible.

When company get valued (by future investors - by going IPO or taken over by another minor) Assets & Liabilities (Debts) will taken into consideration to calculate equity value. From the equity portion, we have 17.5%. These are all connected.
