There was definitely an issue with how the vtcq dividend was explained, and how long your needed to hold mcig to get it. There's been way more shenanigans since. How about all the inside info being leaked to Les while obitx was in a quiet period? And that info appears to have been false.
I'd bet if the sec ever decided they had the time to look into mcig, mcig would be suspended.
