IMO they are having trouble finding a auditor that will sign a document with, well, less than factual information on it. Seen this kind of thing before in the BLAND/MORRIS history of bogus companies.
Just check their history. Every previous version of this ticker was profitable, YET, those companies vanished. WHY? Were they cobbled together bullshit? Using names until someone finally says ENOUGH BULLSHIT and chases the Puppet Masters away?
This oil hoax reeks of the same kind of BULLSHIT in every previous ticker.
