After 3 years of over promise under delivery one has to be negative and skeptical. (I have another example which went to 10 cents - OTC co extremely over promise, big PR but misleading timelines ) NP falls into the same category.
So you can get impressed and be happy but till I see actual end results I do not want to say job done. Who knows if he cannot get financing he cannot move mono further.
