New York City is now the capital of Civil Asset Forfeiture to earn money - I cannot wait to see what comes out of their gun ban that the USPC is hearing now.

Drastic measures and not necessary. They could just stop anyone from renewing their license who have unpaid tickets. That’s deterrent enough for law abiding citizens, and the criminals will do what criminals do anyways.
