There will be no additional letter, the letter you've included is the only letter, and the "investment in BioAmber" was a bid on the assets only. That is clearly described in the body of the letter posted, all that need be done is to read past the subject line. That's it and all there is.

The land was included in the APA and was purchased along with the plant, there's no question, it is clearly documented. The delay in the title change does not imply "there's more coming." If there was another transaction on the table so lucrative that it would pay off all the secured and unsecured creditors in full and allow recovery to the shareholders, it would be stated clearly and directly in the monitor's reports. There is none whatsoever.

Shareholders will lose 100% of their investment in this stock.

Have you done a title search ? The land registry means nothing . Corporations have a different reporting standard. And a new corporation formed days before the transaction will not have to update anytime soon . Lcy biotech owns that property free and clear of all encumbrances. Which was why they had to pay upfront before it would be handed over .
