100% agree...there are several consultants for the company none of us have ever heard of. i think thats the biggest reason for nanotech being private. keeping the patent isnt important because worst case it would revert back to oleg and the polymate gang. these companies know that isocyanates are worse than they thought and coming and saying they are working on safer products leads the public into investigating/creating claims on old products. these companies may never come out and admit to partnering with hybrid. which is fine as long as the revs show up.

Okay, max. Yeah, someone (Darin) would have put him up to it if your hypothesis is true- well, hey anything is possible. And I like your leaning toward 'motive' for super secrecy.
What screams at me (besides chart) are the statements of how busy and all the business (per Darin) until it's sudden switcheroo 4th qtr when it became such a dire mess.
I've believed your earlier analysis (conservative as it likely was) that revenues would have been pretty damn good comparatively speaking for '18.
And, I know you HATE it, T but that 'stuff' nags at me about possible negotiations to buy, buy part of or partner with a lg co!!! And I understand why you think not; However, having been in sales ALL my life I subscribe to everything has a price; and damn it! it's 2019 and I am sure that someone figured a way to write a contract that could work around all the leases, patents, etc. I sure as hell don't know but I'd be shocked if there were no way at all.
My concern is that JK might be holding the company hostage is all. And with my understanding of Josef, it seems it would be like him to not compensate Max and unless Max had been part of the OG, he could be a target for no payment.....So, ......? Whatever!
