My take away is that "Aphria has impressive assets"
I have seen a few videos with Dimitry and he has always been talking bad about Aphria.

"First of all it’s old news, it’s has already been cover that Vic is friend with that Ohio family, secondly Aphria has already drop Vic and rejected the offer, and now they have to do it formally and make it seems like they did in fact even review the bid. If you look closely to every company, they almost all have link wether you like it or not. It was already well know that Aphria and that family applied together for a licence but they didn’t got picked. It was in the newspaper so make don’t make it sound like it’s a non-disclosed relationships since it’s completely false. The famous Green Acre Capitals which you say Aphria own GGB shares through is a fund that invest in many différents Cannabis stocks as Aurora. Following your logic if Aurora launch an hostile bid on Aphria it’s malicious since Aphria is owning shares in Aurora through Green Acres Capitals.
Conclusion : I didn’t really learn anything new and that guy Dimitry has always been talking bad on Aphria. Just more sensationalism to make waves, while we all know this bid doesn’t make any sense and will never happen. Again it has already been rejected and it will again, but this time since the bid was formal and Aphria has to make it seems like they in fact review it before rejecting.
(There are two former Diageo President working at Aphria. And before leaving Diageo they had already announced they will be working for Aphria. It’s everything but not a coincidence. They didn’t left their job at Diageo just for fun.)"
