I had that happen in December and had to reach out to them a different way. Said their email was down. Lovely that their email is down again. Not sure how that keeps happening. Hopefully if/when you hear from them, you get more information out of them then what I always hear: "I dont know, thats James's deal, Ill ask him and let you know." Crickets. This entire company, top to bottom,is a mess.
