With a float like 51 million any Company would be completely insane to even consider an RS. That's one thing I wasn't worried about a bit when checking out this stock (share structure etc). But again you called to clarify that and much appreciated. Just looking forward to getting some news.
the float is 51m, common sense says you dont reverse a float that small...the stock would be untrade-able.
