Although I agree we can't just withdraw from Iraq, it is a reasonable assumption that Iran already has grabbed a significant amount of influence in Iraq. Also, 150K troops is not nearly enough troops to provide stability in Iraq and Iraq is not a stable country. 150K troops has turned into a mere nuisance to secterian violence going on there right now.
