The CATV management needs to become current - I guess Sharp is calling the OTCM begging for them to make CATV CE.

CATV certainly won't be CE based on the inaccurate DD from Sharp.

Hell Sharp didn't know which state CATV was domiciled - he has Zero credibility.

Maybe Sharp is attempting to sale the OTCM on his faulty research.
