I didnt see in the announcement anything on Greg keeping 50%. Where is that noted? I did note ARCI is stating they are retiring these shares. So this would have to be an additional Write-Off of their Intangibles.
Geotraq changed their "About" statement too. No mention of CellID Asset Tracking. It appears they sre now fully going to play in the IOT Product Space. One thing is clear, by removing Gregg, this actually has a chance of success. They are going to need to have a good pipeline of sales. Margins a super tight in being a Reseller. So now we get to see how Pierre will do with this. There is also a lot of competition as well.
And this is far better news than them getting that worthless Patent Granted. Now how many of us would have enjoyed being a Fly on the Wall... when Tony Fired him?? This actually restores some confidence, but but not by much.
