From about 3:30 till close was virtually all BUYS at T3.
Look for everyone's self here at the days TRADES.

At 3:15 to 3:30 were panicked sells and after that was 75 MILLION BUYS more than sells in 30 MINUTES??

The threes will vanish first thing Tuesday morning as well as the 4's very soon after, me thinks. We'll see.

No idea what his motive is. However, it is suspicious that he released that piece when he did. Especially since he had his concerns a month ago. To release something like that at the end of the day, on Friday, and leading into a 3 day weekend, is also odd. Even if it was to "help" people, the timing of the release, looks very bad. Did he make an effort to shake the tree at the most opportune time, to get shares? Who knows.
