thanks yb, my concern was that the participants may have specified a certain price and that Rory - was aware of that price requirement and that it was he and not AGP who decided to remain silent for so long in order to reach that price.
But here was are - twice and more as high in price- and the offering hasn't happened yet, so that's a hopeful sign that there was no requirement for a sub-.25 cent or whatever.
