"Trump profits from the office of the president directly in clear violation of the Constitution." is certainly, on the face of it, more likely fact than not.
I have yet to see anyone try to claim that his profiting from having visiting foreign dignitaries and saudi crook shere on official business stay at his flophouse in DC is not a violation of the emoluments clause of the constitution.
