Management has diluted common shareholders into oblivion. Combine that with the stock price decline of 90+%...CEO has resorted to payday loanshark loans at astronomical interest rates. 1st bridge loan financing “mysteriously” fell through. 2nd has been in the works for too many months. IF the bridge financing closes, it’ll help. However, if past performance is any indication of the future trends, the funds will be pissed away irresponsibly.
That being said, am waiting on 2 catalysts which should impact the stock by +2-3x quickly:
1. Mexican govt approval to build on the 5000 acre development.
2. The bridge loan.
I’m not holding my breath for favorable terms of the financing. The closing announcement will really favorably impact the stock immediately. I wouldn’t be surprised to see the stock price rally to the $.005 area. But eventually people will actually read its terms...and be far from impressed.
From a pure valuation standpoint, if you can buy the stock while the company’s market cap is < $2M, (AND IF the company doesn’t fold), I think that you can make some good $.
But lastly, the AS shares are very likely going to have to be increased. That’s another story...
