Nice post. As you know, I used to post here quite often, and brought a lot of DD to the board.
The trend lately has been more of a chat board, yelling back and forth at each other, which does not suit me, and I am starting to regret paying the annual fee.
I thought it would help to put one poster on ignore, but then I still have to read dozens of people responding to his baiting.
I don't see a solution.
I have PMed people, and asked them to stop arguing with the baiter(s), but itseems they're happpier with arguing than with discussing the stock.
My opinion - pretty sad for a board that asks for an annual fee.

So glad you took such a neutral stand....

I would like it if you would consider more carefully the part about my posts being the root of the problem in this situation....they clearly are not. They are not in violation of TOU and do not represent a TOS violation....the problem lies in the lack of a mature response to my posts...as Sentinel has stated on several occassions, my posts are well reasoned and well argued (debated) using facts available to all and primarily directly from GZFX's own filings.

If posting counter opinions to "Up from here" or "to da moon" or better yet, "no one knows for sure that the company is still diluting" (I personally enjoyed that one most) or "GZFX has found a new bottom" is contrary to these posts (note I said posts and not beliefs...big difference) then so be it. Shouldn't someone on this board stand for some integrity and truth considering the current facts surrounding GZFX as an investment?

I suspect that the individuals who are the loudest "complainers" are those who would like the board and any new investors to forget about the constant dilution taking place here so that they may profit (in one form or another) from the sale shares.

Hopefully you share the same views on integrity and rational reasonable (although contrary) arguments! My posts are neither misleading nor untruthful and when proven wrong, I am the first to admit such....

So should we let the loudest element and the ones being most deceptive in their posts bully the board moderators into submission? or should everyone post and believe only that everything is fine with an investment in GZFX currently?

I understood this board to represent a forum where both positive and negative views/facts of a company as an investment could be discussed freely? I should like to think that it isn't simply a forum that only supports the views of a pump and dump minority or worse yet insiders using the forum to sell SB-2A shares?

Now, as to your comments regarding board marks etc...lets be real here, the number of board marks for GZFX dropped as the number of longs in this stock disappeared. As you stated, the number of board marks are currently increasing as volume and "players" have returned to the stock. The drop in board marks and popularity of the GZFX discussion board clearly has nothing to do with me or my posts and any argument suggesting that it does is ridiculous at best. Note: the above comment is not to suggest that you held this view, but your response only went halfway toward answering that specific allegation.

Anyrate, best to you and the board moderators...it is clearly not my attempt to make your job more difficult, but taking the easy way out and suggesting that my posts are the root of the problem is doing just that....perhaps the alternative; suggesting that some here should attempt to post in a more mature fashion and stay on topic (as sentinel did) would have only caused more of an uproar?
