There are two ways to look at fib numbers, on a closing basis and on intraday highs and lows...

I like to use intraday highs and lows, so I am using .038 as the high and .0115 (Friday's low) as the numbers...

But you are right, one NEWS and we are well on the way back up... I feel very safe adding down here... GLTA
