It seems to have worked in VPLM's favor, in the end. VPLM has nearly gotten through it and it is a thing of the past.

I think being aapl waited to give notice of their ex parte allegation, they were treated favorably. Their motion should have been shut down a year ago.

And the federal court judge is watching Appl run this company thru the mud and that equates to more damages to be paid out by Silicon Valley. IMO
