I'm pretty sure Battele owns the patent for it.

With that said, they are mutual in this endeavor as without Vivos, Battele would have problems with administering the gel due to some of the patents Vivos owns that are required for this procedure. I do not remember those patents off the top but others have posted about them.

I'm not sure why people should be lead, they should be conducting their own DD.
