So what? I'd expect the need for the key employees has at least been significantly reduced since the sale of the company failed, and it could be they don't have a need for anyone from the old company to rack the books up.
And of course all of the bids during the process of SISP and the asset liquidation were sealed/NDA'd, that's quite a normal process. Now tht the sale is concluded, we now know what was offered and accepted.

All motions prior to the Visolis transaction closing mentioned that the secured creditors supported the extension... now the court approves it without getting the support of the creditors.... because the creditors have been PAID IN FULL IN CASH
