Finra is a regulator owned by the Banks, not government. It is the former National Association of Securities Dealers (“NASD”).

Don’t know why the name and ticker change is taking longer. Usually the only hold up is current financials or SEC defined “Bad Actors” involvement.

Don’t know if the latter applies.

Hopefully it works out for investors after the Jeff and what’s his name in the bad shirt.

In fact, I don’t even remember how this ticker came to being.

All I can say from experience is the OTC is horrible.

Timing for what? The ticker change with FINRA?

They are not a part of the government so I don't see that as a cause for delay.
