As to that .70, that would only be the basis for the shares you purchased. It would have nothing to do with the shares that are distributed to you, which, by the way, would have a holding period starting on the day of the actual distribution, which may or may not be the day the shares actually show up in your account. The date of the release of the restriction also has no bearing on the start of the holding period.

One thing we know for sure, the stock will tank during the restriction hold just as Fernhill did and BTW, the restriction for Fernhill ended up being one year, not six months so expect the same for LOFB. Buzzy does not bring stock prices up, he brings them down. Fernhill once traded at or near 2 cents before the spinoff and it look at it now. The man does not provide any transparency. He does not answer emails or phones calls. He does not disclose where product is sold, he can't even give his own shareholders a respectable website. It's pathetic that a CEO like Buzzy ignores his own shareholders.
