its very confusing by IMHO I think the auditors did use the forward split numbers in their filings when doing the share totals. That is why they are so large so you need to divide the share price by 12.35 to get the market cap right now as all the numbers in the filings reflect the forward split already. I am not sure why the auditors did what they did as the split was not affective until the finra approval etc. I think they may want to amend the previous filings and will probably do that or at least correct everything In the next 8k ...
