Open up a second store...a basic rule of business (and you can see Marcus Lemonis preach this on virtually every episode of the 'The Profit') is you don't expand until you PROVE you have a concept that works and is profitable. Only then do you duplicate by expanding.
The only think scumbum berge has developed is the process of selling worthless shares to the public, and even that doesn't work well anymore.
