No one said that is what happened. The patent creator likely sold the patents, look who is filing them now since 2017 and 2018 it has been RJR / RAI. Looks like he sold them to R J Reynolds not RAI. Do you blame him? Back in the days SFIO was trading there were not e cigs or vapes everywhere. Now everyone has them.

Am i thinking they can't just take the patent, Because we are the shareholders and must be compensated for the patent...... Or am i wrong for thinking that way.......?

That has to be right in some shape or form. SFIO owns the patents regardless of the old dtcc lock down. News is coming. This thing will go up fast when everyone hears the news that's coming our way.
