No, no details on the merger and no positive or negative affect. I guess they were eager to release a positive PR to help the SP but it didn't work. The peeps predicting lower SP are still here. I am predicting that it will go to .0001 if there is no PR about the merger progress. I guess by the time they have any merger news the OS will be maxed out and the SP would be sitting at .0001 or .0002.
