Thoughts on a possible Fractional Gold Backing of the Dollar ...

First of all, I am not advocating one way or the other ...

We are seeing bond yields invert, which amost always is a precursor to recession - Add in the global debt and derivative bubble - There are going to be major problems in some currencies. If the bond yields fully invert, there are going to be large global economic problems to go along with the currency issues.

Fortunately, the U.S. dollar is pretty much king right now. China, Russia, and India are purchasing tons of gold. Many are speculating that at least one of the three, if not all three, will initiate a fractional gold backing to their currencies.

If that happens, there is a good chance the U.S. would follow that example.

I do not see this happening in 2019 ... 2021 is probably the most likely time frame. This is when the LIBOR will no longer be used as a basis for overnight banking transfres between currencies.

We will certainly find out.

A lot of people have been asking me about all the big changes that will occur in the next four to six years ... So here we go!!!

1. Automation will put a lot of people out of work. It will necessitate Social Security to be redefined into two different stages. We will call it Universal Benefit checks. People from 18-59 will receive a basic income from the federal govt. People older than that will see social security replaced with a larger amount of money for retirement. There will be no taxation on this income.

2. We will see medicare for all provided by the federal govt ... People under 65 will get the following benefits ...

- Preventative Health Care Coverage
- Catastrophic Health Care Coverage
- Coverage for Preexisting conditions
- Prescription Medication Coverage
- The Govt will be allowed to negotiate these prices with the private health care system. Private Insurance Companies will provide the gap insurance of which their employers will offer to split the coverage with them.
- People 65 and older will get Eye, Dental, and some additional coverage.

3. The Global Financial institutions like the IMF, World Bank, and BIS will be replaced with Bi-Lateral Trade between countries. Manufacturing in the U.S. will increas dramatically.

4. The United states will close most of the 1000 military bases globally, and other countries will be required to provide more security for themselves.

5. Political parties in the United States will be totally reshaped as technology allows. Congressional folks will return to their districts where they will be held more acountable to the folks of their state.

6. There will be a Financial Transaction tax in the United States that will fund most of the federal govt. The IRS will be minimized, and other federal agencies like the DHS, NSA, FBI, and CIA will be cut dramatically. The states will be returned to a role more inline with the Constitution.

7. Currencies will be revalued on a global basis depending on the wealth of each country.

8. Technology will outstrip the ability of different countries to wage war.

9. Most new cars will be electric, and Renewable energy will become much more prevalent in the world. It will replace the need for "Climate Control" actions.

10. Most importantly, governments will be returned to the people, and Direct Democracy will be common.
