I'll take my chances for the Dubai fund.

Back in 2017, Doherty was involved in a planned ICO and supposed brick and mortar casino in Malta, to be called "Providence Casino". They "pre-sold" some tokens--never a wise thing to do--but nothing ever came of it.

That, too, was supposed to get funding from Dubai. In reality, nothing ever came of it. Doherty makes no mention of his involvement in his LinkedIn profile.
