UK, I recall too that Walmrt was pressing PLUG to develop a retail-level solution for their lifts there.
Apparently too many times a truck will show up to be unloaded and the crew at the store has not properly charged the forklift's batteries, which then causes hours-long delays while it charges up.
I think you are right, there are just too many voices calling for this level of service for PLUG not to respond and develop a workable solution here.
